Contract between John Deere and Union of Entrepreneurs (TKM)

The framework for the recent projects are based on a Strategic Agreement of Understanding and Intentions signed at the First Caspian Economic Forum in Avaza in 2019 with the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan to supply the private sector with Agricultural machinery. Accordingly, the president issued a decree (1613) for stage one of the project to provide 107 customers with 785 units of Agricultural equipment. Furthermore, a presidential decree (1952) issued on 9th October 2020 for stages two and three will supply 159 customers with 2263 units of Agricultural equipment in the next 12 months.
